Proceed on Rt. 16 N / Spaulding Turnpike, take
Exit 16 (Rts. 202 / 11 – East Rochester ). Follow
signs for 202 / 11 – East
Rochester to 1st stop light.
Take right onto Eastern
Ave. Hall is on right.
CONDITIONS
OF SALE-PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE CONDITIONS
1. The Auctioneer has endeavored to correctly
catalog and describe the property being sold, but all property is sold "as
is".
2. The
highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser.
3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject
any bid or raise not commensurate with the value of the article being offered.
4. Full payment of each purchaser's account
must be received the day of purchase for those in attendance of the auction. Specific arrangements to hold items must be
made with the Auctioneer.
5.
All sales are
final. Refunds will not be given except
in case of damage by the Auctioneers after the purchase has been made.
6.
A 10% buyers
premium will be added to each purchase.
7. Consignors may not bid on items they have
consigned to the auction.
8. The Auctioneer will accept as payment of
each purchaser's account, cash, travelers checks, certified checks or personal
checks which have been approved by the Auctioneers. The Auctioneers reserve the right to hold merchandise purchased
by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneer deems
such action necessary to protect his interests.
9.
Absentee bids
are accepted. They must contain Lot
Number, Title, and a definite amount in dollars. An attendant will execute them as if the bidder were in the
audience. Bills will be rendered for
the amount at which the item was sold .
Included in the bill will be a fee, which covers shipping and insurance.
***SHIPPING will be handled by Postal Center USA. Buyer
is responsible for cost of new box,
new
packing, insurance plus the cost of the shipping carrier.

Bidding on any article(s) indicates your acceptance of these terms
11. We
are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
12. Electric Trains are sold as not tested. Major defects, damages, repairs/repainting
have been noted where possible. It must
be understood that we cannot be responsible for minor defects or hidden
conditions. They will be sold in an
"as is" condition.
13. J.W. Auction Co guarantees the toys that we
sell, but cannot be responsible for interior repairs not visible without taking
the toy apart, and missing pieces of toys and games not obvious without
directions or knowledge of the game
